The Moscow Kremlin, usually referred to as the Kremlin, is a fortified complex at the heart of Moscow, overlooking the Moskva River to the south, Saint Basil's Cathedral and Red Square to the east, and the Alexander Garden to the west. It is the best known of the Kremlins (Russian citadels) and includes five palaces, four cathedrals, and the enclosing Kremlin Wall with Kremlin towers. Also within this complex is the Grand Kremlin Palace. The complex serves as the official residence of the President of the Russian Federation.

Fixed Departure Payment Policy
- Non refundable advance of 20% upon confirmation of the booking.
- 50% payment D-30.
- 100% payment D-21.
Cancellation
- Advance amount of 20% Non refundable.
- D-45 – 30% of the total package cost.
- D–30 – 50% of the total package cost.
- D–22 – 75% of the total package cost.
- Within 21 days total amount will be non refundable.
For Russia following documentation is required:
- Original well traveled Passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of visa issued.
- Two identical copies of a recent photograph of the passenger, size 35mm x 45 mm (not more than 6 months old) Matt finished, white background colored photographs. Full face 80% (without sunglasses and normally without a hat or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background)
- A visiting card or a covering letter on a company’s letter head stating the designation & stamp the purpose of travel.
- Pan card copy.
- VISA IS NOT GURANTEED AND IS SOLE DESCRITION OF EMBASSY.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ADHOC GROUPS
- Minimum 20% non refundable booking amount at time of booking is required to start the booking process.
- Balance 80% payable as per deadlines set. Upon acceptance of our offer & receipt of the booking amount, we will only make a provisional booking with the hotel and service providers wherever possible. We will inform you of the deadlines, payment deadlines and raise an invoice.
- The hotel will only be confirmed after receipt in our bank of minimum amount as specified in the invoice which covers all cancellation liability of Xpova Destination Pvt. Ltd. for, but not limited to Hotels, coaches, restaurants & catering, event locations, sightseeing, guides etc. This is over & above the non refundable booking amount.
- Balance amount of the invoice amount is due as per our payment deadline or 15 days in advance before services start if no deadlines are specified.
- The rest of the bookings can only be done after 100% payment reflects in our bank account and within our deadline.
- If the payment does not arrive within the time lines, we are not responsible for any bookings not being available, getting released, or being cancelled. Xpova
- Destination Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to cancel services in part or full due to late or Nonpayment. Normal cancellation Terms & conditions apply for booking cancellations resulting from late or nonpayment.
- Payment delays caused by changes in our invoice as a result of changing Requirements are not acceptable & will not be considered.
- You also have to advice us final number of adults & children (with age) within one week of confirming the booking, enabling us to block or purchase correct sightseeing tickets. In case we do not receive the information in time, we will book all adult tickets & charge accordingly.
- We work ONLY ON 100% PRE PAYMENT BASIS. Vouchers and tickets will be Released after the receiving full payment in our account.
- Maximum 1 extra bed per room. (Subject to availability) Family rooms are only subject to availability. In case of 4 members in a family, and in case of family rooms not being available, 2 double/twin rooms will be booked & any increase in price has to be paid by you.
